Michael Teoh was a ‘Bully Victim’ in school, who had a dream of inspiring others to be their ‘Best!’ in order to provide and help more people.
Today, Michael speaks to thousands of people among Fortune 500 companies across 39 countries based on his ideas revolving around ‘Managing & Winning Gen-Y, Motivation and Leadership’ which was being featured on CNN, BBC and the Huffington Post.
He has shared the stage speaking globally with icons like Virgin’s Sir Richard Branson, Father of Social Business Prof. Muhd Yunus, AirAsia’s Tony Fernandes and had even received a special visit by President Barack Obama during a workshop organised by Microsoft, in which Michael was a Coach & Facilitator.
Michael was an Honorary Inductee into the Golden Key Society, U.S.A , and an Associate Fellow with the Royal Commonwealth Society, U.K.
Prior to his career as a global speaker, advisor and entrepreneur, Michael has worked as a Management Consultant, Outreach Strategy Director and a Brand Consultant.
He obtained his tertiary education from New Zealand, aside from that he also attended special educational courses from Harvard University, Stanford University and INSEAD.

He worked as a ‘Safari Ranger’ and had the chance to work with lions in the wilds in Zimbabwe

He had spoken to crowds of ambassadors and world leaders in 3 United Nations’ offices, namely New York, Nairobi and Geneva. He is now planning to speak at the U.N.’s office in Vienna

He was involved with the ‘Great White Shark’ conservation projects in South Africa, where he did get the chance to dive with the largest shark species in the world, while accompanying whales in the ocean
